Fuel cell-battery hybrid systems for the powertrain, which have advantage of emission-free power generation and adapt to material transport emission reduction, are investigated. Based on characteristics fuel cell system electric forklift truck powertrain system, this work defines design principle control strategy improve overall performance economy. A simulation platform vehicles has been established. The optimal stack battery capacity were defined specific application. An energy was different operating cycles conditions. Model validation involved comparing results with experimental data obtained during VDI60 test protocol. main parameters that influence evaluated, such as loss, conditions charging cycles. size 11 kW 10 Ah determined load profile proposed strategy. in forms basis an in-depth study management drive trains trucks.
